Commitments complete in milliseconds to minutes, and adversary tempo has compressed to the same cadence. The binding finishes before anything slower can weigh in.

Each point on the top row is a commitment completing in milliseconds to minutes: a trade, an API call, a settlement, a deploy. The new fact is the middle row. The adversary handoff and the fastest breakout now sit in the same sub-minute band, so the actor reaching the commitment operates at the speed the commitment binds. On the bottom row, coherent cross-domain evaluation forms in seconds only where integration is mature, and that interval widens as arrival rate, task diversity, and parallelism increase. The gap the commitment crosses grows as the enterprise automates function by function.
